I needed to add a few mLs of base when the O.D. of a 5L run was already at about 50. I actually saw the BE100 show a slight drop in O.D. That was pretty amazing . . . When we ran more fermentations and checked absolute O.D. by dilution, the BE100 was right on. Its an excellent tool. |
