To facilitate the
attachment and placement of actuators to carry out the commands of a controller
Applikon provides several BioConsoles. The BioConsole houses rotameters,
valves, actuators, pumps, mass flow controllers, heaters, valves for chill
water, foam control, agitation control. The ergonomic design is housed in
a small cabinet that utilizes a minimal amount of space. The BioConsole
eliminates cumbersome wiring of components to a controller, eases operation
and provides for a tidy and orderly work area.
Applikon provides various BioConsoles that are configured for use with certain
controllers or in a certain application.

The ADI 1025 BioConsole is used with the ADI 1010
BioController when applied with either autoclavable bioreactors or
the BioBench bioreactors system. |

The ADI 1035 BioConsole is used with the ADI 1030
BioController when applied with either autoclavable bioreactors or
the BioBench bioreactors system. |

The ADI 1075 BioConsole is used with SIP bioreactor
systems and can be connected to either the ADI 1060 BioController
or the ADI 1030 BioController. It also houses necessary components
for steam sterilization of the bioreactor. |
