1075 Bio Console
The BioConsole integrates all the necessary peripheral equipment to
run and control a bioprocess. Since the unit is modular, it can be
configured to accept only those modules necessary to carry out the
control a specific bioprocess. If the process control strategy should
change the Bio Console can be easily reconfigured by adding or changing
modules.
The basic Bio Console includes all the necessary connections for water
supply, gas supply, steam supply and power. Manifolds allow mixing
of gases. Water supplies are also brought to a manifold and a separate
connection is provided for cold water supply to the air outlet condenser.
A central power supply switch controls power to the various modules
as well as the Bio Controller. The power section of the Bio Console
also includes fusing for protection of the
Bio Console and all components. An "alarm" LED is provided which can
be used to provide a general alarm status based on sensor input signals. |
